TSD401 Metal (Non-Metal) Diamond wear-resistant Floor Paint

TSD401 metal (non-metal) diamond wear-resistant floor paint is divided into metal and non-metal wear-resistant and hardening aggregates according to bone powder. It consists of metal mineral aggregates with certain particle size distribution or non-ferrous gold aggregates with extreme wear-resistant and special additives. Aggregate is selected according to its shape, gradation and excellent physical and mechanical properties.

Application Range

It is used for industrial plant, warehouse, supermarket, heavy-duty machinery plant, machine repair plant, parking lot, cargo storage area, square and other ground.

 

Product performance

Spread it evenly on the concrete surface in the initial setting stage, and form a compact and super-strong hardening surface layer with the coagulant floor after the whole solidification. It has high performance wear-resistant ground with high compactness and coloration, which is compressive, impact-resistant and wear-resistant.

Construction with concrete floor can shorten the construction period without the need for construction of mortar leveling layer.

Basic requirement

The strength of base concrete should be above C25, the water cement ratio should be below 0.50, the slump of concrete should be controlled between 70 and 100 mm, the segregation of concrete mixture should be minimized and the bleeding should be controlled.

In order to ensure sufficient fluidity of concrete mixtures and facilitate construction, it is suggested that appropriate admixtures should be added to concrete.

Grass-roots coagulants should be poured and compacted according to the standard of fine concrete and doubtful soil, pay special attention to edge and corner parts, and pay attention to size accuracy and reduce the production of floating slurry.

The hardening agent floor should be constructed at the same time as the concrete structure layer. If it is necessary to construct at the same time as the leveling layer, it is suggested that the concrete of the leveling layer should be made of fine stone coagulant with a thickness not less than 50 mm, and the expansion steel mesh should be considered in the well.

Surface treatment

Remove the slurry layer from the surface of the   concrete evenly by using mechanical trowel with a disc.

First spread material

The prescribed amount of 2/3 hardening and   wear-resisting floor material is evenly distributed on the surface of   concrete soil at the initial stage of coagulation, and then polished with a   low-speed smoother.

Scraper and Leveling

Scrape and roughly leveling the hardened   wear-resistant material along the horizontal and vertical direction with a   6-meter scraper ruler (usually 5-6 kg aggregate)

Second spread material

The prescribed amount of 1/3 color hardening   wear-resisting material is evenly distributed on the surface of the   wear-resisting material after the first uniform polishing, and then polished   again with a smoother.

Surface polishing

According to the hardening condition of concrete,   adjust the angle of blade on polishing machine and polish the surface to   ensure the smoothness of the surface.

Base maintenance

The wear-resistant hardened floor should be   maintained on the surface within 4-6 hours after completion of construction   to prevent the rapid evaporation of surface moisture and ensure the steady   growth of the strength of wear-resistant materials.
