Primer layer | The solvent-free epoxy primer A and B are evenly mixed, brush, roll or scrape. After coating, some coarse-grained quartz sand can be evenly distributed. |
Grindstone layer | 1: Patterns model positioning: If there is a pattern design, the model bar can be used to fix and close the scene first.
2: Aggregate collocation: First, two-component solvent-free epoxy magic stone special paint is equipped with wear-resistant aggregate, and then a good formula aggregate is added in turn to fully mix evenly.
3: Aggregate paving: According to the designed scheme, the corresponding aggregate is paved by spatula in different zones in turn. |
Grinding repair | 1: Before repairing, the whole body should be polished and cleaned up.
2: Repair leveling: Each area with different patterns is equipped with corresponding slurry and repaired step by step.
3: Second repair: After each repair is cured, the second integral grinding repair is carried out until the repair is completed. |
Surface layer | Abrasion-resistant polyurethane covering material is used. Components A and B are stirred sufficiently according to the standard proportion.
