Product characteristics 

Carbon fibre adhesive has excellent physical and mechanical properties. It can make full use of the characteristics of its high strength and high elasticity model to improve the bearing capacity and ductility of concrete structures and components, change its mechanical properties, and achieve the purpose of efficient reinforcement and repair. It is especially important for seismic reinforcement and strengthening. Carbon fibre adhesive is an indispensable part.

Primer adhesive: Carbon fiber reinforced repair structure with the underlying resin, enhance the strength of concrete base, improve the bonding force, according to the construction requirements after treatment of the base surface.

Leveling adhesive: Leveling resin is used to reinforce and repair structure with carbon fibre. The surface of concrete coated with resin at the bottom is smoothed and the arc is repaired. The effect is the best when the finger touch of resin at the bottom is dried according to construction requirements.

Surface adhesive: Infiltrating resin is used for strengthening and repairing structures with carbon fibers, used for adhering impregnated carbon fibre cloth. According to the construction requirements, the use effect is the best when the finger touch of leveling resin is dried. It can also be used as a substitute for carbon fiber primer.

Key points of construction 

Construction preparation. The reinforcement position is determined according to the elastic line of reinforcement design drawings.

Surface treatment of concrete. The surface mortar of Damo concrete is removed and the float and sink are blown away by a blower.

Deploy and brush the primer adhesive, mix the primer additives and curing agents in the container mechanically with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes according to the mass ratio of 2:1, until the color is uniform, and then apply them to the reinforcement position of the polishing treatment.

After finger touch drying, use the leveling adhesive to repair the uneven place. After mixing the leveling agent and curing agent evenly according to the mass ratio of 2:1, the concave surface of the concrete coated with too low adhesive should be smoothed with a spade or scraper, and the right angle should be repaired into a circular arc with a diameter of 3 mm.

Leveling resin finger touch drying, configuration and brush face adhesive. Mix the main agent and curing agent in the container with electric mixing machine for 2-3 minutes according to the mass ratio of 2:1, until the color is uniform, apply it evenly on the leveled reinforcement position with rolling brush.

Stick carbon fiber cloth. Carbon fibre cloth should be pasted at the designed position immediately after applying the surface adhesive. When using the roller to roll, the surface adhesive must be soaked into the carbon fibre cloth. After the surface adhesive is dried, a layer of adhesive is applied again on the surface to protect the carbon fiber cloth.

Matters need attention 

Material should be stored in a ventilated and dry place. Storage environment temperature is 5 - 35℃. When the temperature is low, attention should be paid to heat preservation to prevent the crystallization of glue. Before mixing, both components A and B should be uncovered and properly stirred to ensure the uniformity and stability of the ingredients. The necessary tools for uncovering: grey knife, hammer and stirring rod; the basic steps of glue mixing are as follows:

The upper cover can be opened by hammering the gray knife along the joint of the upper cover of the barrel.

Stir well along the bottom floor of the barrel with a stirring rod.

According to the instructions, weigh the components A and B, mix and stir evenly in a clean container, that is to say, it is ready to use, and it will be used up within the applicable period. If the product is accidentally splashed on the skin or clothes, it can be washed with acetone or alcohol immediately. If it splashes in the eyes, please see a doctor immediately (goggles, masks and gloves are required for construction).

Storage

 Storage time is six months from the date of production.
