Product performance

* The roll has the characteristics of both macromolecule waterproof and self-adhesive coils. It has better physical and chemical properties such as puncture resistance, weathering resistance, high and low temperature resistance, etc., and its chemical properties are more stable.

* The coiled material can be integrated with the concrete , and is still inseparable in the long - term water immersion environment , so that the phenomenon of water channeling can be effectively avoided .

* Polymer sheet surface composite non-woven fabric, reducing the amount of deformation of polymer sheet, which is more flat and straightening of the coiled sheet.

* High degree of freedom in construction, moisture allowed on the base surface, basic leveling is ok, no need for bottom coating and pretreatment, and no weather impact, greatly saving the duration of the construction period.

* Environmental protection and safety, construction process without solvent and fuel, avoid environmental pollution, eliminate security risks, save energy.

* Optimal performance-price ratio, the base does not need to be leveled with cement mortar, and when the floor is pre-laying reverse adhesion method, 50 thick fine stone concrete protective layers can be cancelled, thus reducing the overall cost of the building waterproofing system and greatly speeding up the construction progress due to structural simplification.

* Good waterproof effect. In underground engineering, a 1.2mm thick MAC polymer self-adhesive rubber composite waterproofing membrane can meet the requirements of the first class waterproofing standard.

Construction technology

* According to different requirements of engineering structure, category, design and use standard, wet laying and pre-laying construction methods can be selected.

* Pre-laying method:

 1: Rolling material pre-laying: well cut the product, let the self-adhesive insulating paper  of the coil towards the structural layer and the other side towards the base, lay it in advance on the cushion, protective wall, underground connection wall or pile row.(the high polymer material with the surface material of the geotextile is hung directly on the prefixed hook).

2: Coiled joint: cold self-adhesive method is adopted in the coiled joint, and the reserved separation zone of the self-adhesive edge of the joint can be directly pasted to form a waterproofing system with complete seal.

3: Coil reverse adhesion: tear off the isolation paper, pour the structure of the concrete, and the coil can interconnect with the flowing concrete to form a strong cohesive force. The coil is bonded to the concrete structure, thus forming a rigid and flexible combination of waterproofing membrane and building structure.

4: If need to tie the steel bar, just remove the isolation paper, and directly tie it, we do not need to build the protective layer with mortar and fine stone concrete for the waterproof membrane.

* Wet laying method:

1: Base treatment: clean the base surface , the base can be wet, but can’t with clear water. If the base is dry, need to spray water and let it be wet.

2: Collocation cement paste: add water directly to cement (not less than 32.5 R silicon salt cement), cement: water =1:0.3-0.4 (weight ratio, adjusted according to actual conditions) use an electric mixer stirring for 12 minutes, stir well then put for 5-8 minutes.

3: Coil paste: use a trowel or scraper to evenly scraping the mixed cement paste onto the base, and laying the polymer composite self-adhesive waterproofing membrane on the base while coating and scraping, exhaust and compaction.

4: Joint bonding: coil joint adopts cold self-adhesive method. The adjacent short edge joint should be staggered more than 1M; in the construction of the long side joint, tear off the reserved separation zone of the self-adhesive edge, directly attach to the sticker mark line, and then the seal head will be strengthened with the special sealing paste.

Application Range

* The pre-laying waterproof membrane is used in the floor and side wall of underground engineering, such as subway tunnel, and can also be used in other parts of the pre-laying reverse adhesion method, and the material is bonded directly with the post poured concrete mixture.

* Wet laying waterproof membrane is used for non exposed roofs, underground waterproofing works, underground tunnels, tunnels, pools, water canals, etc, especially for projects that are not allowed to use open fire.

 

Transport and storage

* The coil should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, and protective measures should be taken to avoid sun and rain.

* During transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked in categories and can’t be mixed up; far from heat sources, no contact with acid, alkali, oil and organic solvents.

* During transport, it should be placed horizontal or vertical to prevent tilt, pressure and if necessary, cover with felt cloth.

* Storage temperature not exceeding 45, height of amplifier not exceeding 5 layers.

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production. Once exceed the storage period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
