TS-34 Macromolecule Self-adhesive Film Non-asphalt Base Waterproof Membrane

Product overview

Macromolecule self-adhesive film non-asphalt base waterproof membrane is made of
macromolecule sheet as main material, and coated with non-asphalt base adhesive on
polymer sheet as self-adhesive layer,surface with polyester-silicone oil film or
polyethylene film as an insulating material. It is a kind of waterproof material specially
developed for underground and tunnel engineering, which can be pre-paved with post
poured concrete structure to form a strong anti bonding waterproof material.

The material is a kind of macromolecule self-adhesive waterproof membrane which is
made of resin polymer(EVA, LDPE, HDPE, ECB) sheet as main waterproof material, and
coated with self-adhesive film on the polymer waterproof base material. The self-adhesive
layer and the protective layer of anti-environmental change have the function of
self-healing.

After reaction and consolidation with liquid concrete slurry, the waterproof layer and concrete structure can be combined with no gap, and the hidden danger of water channeling can be eliminated, and the reliability of waterproof system can be effectively provided.

Product performance

* Unique formula, using non-asphalt-base self-adhesive compound with polymer sheet.

* With unique bonding ability, peeling strength is 2-3 times as high as that of common self-adhesive coils.

* High tear strength, waterproof and impermeable, strong hydrolysis resistance

* Good flexibility at low temperature even at -30.

* It is suitable for pre-laying anti-viscosity waterproofing works in underground and tunnel projects. It has the anti-impact property of direct binding of reinforced concrete without protective layer after the construction of waterproof layer

* The base requirement is low, the time limit is saved, there is no need for cement mortar leveling on the base, and the wet base surface can be constructed. Construction technology

* According to different requirements of engineering structure, category, design and use standard, wet laying and pre-laying construction methods can be selected.

* Pre-laying method:

 1: Rolling material pre-laying: well cut the product, let the self-adhesive insulating paper  of the coil towards the structural layer and the other side towards the base, lay it in advance on the cushion, protective wall, underground connection wall or pile row.(the high polymer material with the surface material of the geotextile is hung directly on the prefixed hook).

2: Coiled joint: cold self-adhesive method is adopted in the coiled joint, and the reserved separation zone of the self-adhesive edge of the joint can be directly pasted to form a waterproofing system with complete seal.

3: Coil reverse adhesion: tear off the isolation paper, pour the structure of the concrete, and the coil can interconnect with the flowing concrete to form a strong cohesive force. The coil is bonded to the concrete structure, thus forming a rigid and flexible combination of waterproofing membrane and building structure.

4: If need to tie the steel bar, just remove the isolation paper, and directly tie it, we do not need to build the protective layer with mortar and fine stone concrete for the waterproof membrane.

* Wet laying method:

1: Base treatment: clean the base surface , the base can be wet, but can’t with clear water. If the base is dry, need to spray water and let it be wet.

2: Collocation cement paste: add water directly to cement (not less than 32.5 R silicon salt cement), cement: water =1:0.3-0.4 (weight ratio, adjusted according to actual conditions) use an electric mixer stirring for 12 minutes, stir well then put for 5-8 minutes.

3: Coil paste: use a trowel or scraper to evenly scraping the mixed cement paste onto the base, and laying the polymer composite self-adhesive waterproofing membrane on the base while coating and scraping, exhaust and compaction.

4: Joint bonding: coil joint adopts cold self-adhesive method. The adjacent short edge joint should be staggered more than 1M; in the construction of the long side joint, tear off the reserved separation zone of the self-adhesive edge, directly attach to the sticker mark line, and then the seal head will be strengthened with the special sealing paste.

Application Range

* The pre-laying waterproof membrane is used in the floor and side wall of underground engineering, such as subway tunnel, and can also be used in other parts of the pre-laying reverse adhesion method, and the material is bonded directly with the post poured concrete mixture.

* Wet laying waterproof membrane is used for non exposed roofs, underground waterproofing works, underground tunnels, tunnels, pools, water canals, etc, especially for projects that are not allowed to use open fire.

 

Transport and storage

* The coil should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, and protective measures should be taken to avoid sun and rain.

* During transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked in categories and can’t be mixed up; far from heat sources, no contact with acid, alkali, oil and organic solvents.

* During transport, it should be placed horizontal or vertical to prevent tilt, pressure and if necessary, cover with felt cloth.

* Storage temperature not exceeding 45, height of amplifier not exceeding 5 layers.

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production. Once exceed the storage period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
