TS-403A water-soluble grouting material is a single-component polymer water-proof and leak-stopping material formed by chemical reaction between isocyanate and water-soluble polyether.
Product characteristics
Water is used as cross-linking agent to disperse, emulsify and foam on its own after encountering water in order to achieve instantaneous water stop.
Single liquid grouting has low viscosity, good grouting performance and large water entrapment ratio.
The consolidates have good extensibility, elasticity and impermeability.
The material expands and foams in the presence of water, which has the characteristics of secondary permeation and no pollution to water quality.
Application range
It is suitable for seepage prevention and leak stoppage in various parts of underground buildings, water pools, water towers, etc.
It is suitable for blocking leakage of deformation joints, construction joints and settlement joints in buildings, subway and tunnel projects.
It is suitable for crack plugging of piers, dams and Hydro-power stations, and for places with large water leakage.
Usage method:
1. Construction preparation: enlarge the joint of the leaking part, chisel into "V" type, and clean up.
2. Leakage point treatment: embedding diversion pipe and grouting nozzle in "V" groove and sealing with fast hardening and micro-expansion cement;
3. Leakage stoppage construction: pressure grouting with grouting machine, after filling, the grouting pipe is immediately tied (general pressure control is about 0.2-0.3 Mpa);
1. Clean up the site: The exposed grouting nozzle can be removed the next day, and the surface can be restored with cement mortar.

Transportation& Storage
When storing and transporting, different products should be classified and stacked. It is forbidden to approach fire source, avoid sunshine and rain, and prevent collision.
The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+35℃.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period shall be at least 12 months from the date of production.

The product reacts upon meet water, please pay attention to the use amount of open cover.
